Vary unprofessional, rude, communication is non existent. Staff was rude, clinic unclean, overpriced. We did blood work annual check up cbc thyroid ect. Our dog apparently had an infection UTI and we weren't called until 2 weeks later. Antibiotic wasn't started until 20 days after . The med costed 98 dollars. We traveled hundreds of miles just to be told our dogs thyroid medicine wasn't given on time when we wereadvised a specific time and told to wait an additional 45 min. The girl told a man there was commotion and treaded us like we were causing it. Our dog was traumatized due to a painful anal gland expression. The girl giving her a booster accused our dog of almost poking her with a needle like our dog could understand. We were not refunded for the original thyroid test which was the reason for the second long trip. Do not recommend and will find another place.

This veterinary hospital is expensive for someone on a fixed income. When I took my dog to them the vet told me it would cost $1200-$3500 to have teeth removed and for someone like me that’s disabled and on disability that amount is not possible on a good day. So I took my dog to another vet called bansfeild and they have pet insurance that’s affordable. That vet told me that they would work with my budget.

The doctors and the staff at Airway are caring, knowledgeable, and go beyond the norm for giving veterinary care to my nervous Airedale. They also did a follow up phone call to check on her and me! They're awesome!
