The place was nice and clean as well as all of the employees were kind and really good with my dog. Our hard news was delivered with compassion and kindness. They answered all questions.

We have such a high regard for Dr. Carr and his team. He has been so supportive, valuable, knowledgeable, compassionate and caring (and any other adjectives and adverbs we can use) for my growing German Shepherd puppy, Lady, who will become my service dog. We have had some scares because she seems to have a sensitive gut and puppy chewing scares. He has made us feel confident in his ability to help us through her issues and behaviors. Thank you again for all of your help Dr. Carr!!!! With your help I know we will get through this rough patch. Faithful Friends needs to definitely hang onto this vet!!!

Staff seem very busy, I’ve been going to this place for almost 20 years when it was owned by Dr. William Puryear, now that it’s corporate owned, service has come way down. I didn’t feel like they spent time with my cat, did not have the medication that I requested a suspension Carafate but wanted me to crush a horse pill size of a potassium and feed it to my cat???? ( I work in medicine and this is just absurd) I had to run and actually buy my own suspension else where. My visit was over $1000 and for that kind of money I am just expecting a bit more.
