I feel like the veterinarian and their assistant were extremely caring and knowledgeable about their work. My rabbit healed two or three days after I took her here which impressed me. I only took off one star because some weirdo (I don't know if she works here or not) was lurking in the doorway and touched my shoulder after she opened the door for me as I was leaving. While I don't mind friendliness, I do mind people touching me because they could give me the coronavirus or they could be a criminal for all I know. I just say because it creeped me out since I don't know the person. I have a problem with random people touching me when I go to other places so this is starting to become an issue I need to speak up about since I feel like it will only get worse if I don't say anything.

NOT FOR EXOTIC PETS. The vet was 30+ minutes late to the appointment. They seem to subcontract doctors that are not on site. I took my bunny here with the intent of getting her vaccinated. It cost me about $100 to find out they don't provide vaccination (or any other services other than wellness exams) for bunnies. Had the receptionist disclosed this information in the first place, I would've taken care of my bunnie's needs elsewhere. Instead, the receptionist kept hounding me down asking me to pay the deposit amount after I had already stopped by and paid it in full, in cash. Since a different receptionist took the deposit than the person who scheduled my appointment, there was miscommunication between the two leading to them hounding me down for payment. All they care about is their stupid deposit and not providing good customer service. The visit lasted over an hour. Waste of time, effort, money, and resources.

Dr. Hensen has seen 2 of my ferals in the last 6 weeks. She has been so wonderful at explaining everything they need, what is going on with them, she has answered all my questions and communicates so well. She was so compassionate when I had to have another feral put down. She is just terrific!
