I took my dog here & the vet highly suggested she have blood work done to make sure she would be okay to be put under to have her teeth cleaned. At no point did he mention that her levels were high and she had kidney disease… fast forward 15 months with another vet wanting my dog to have blood work done to be prescribed arthritis medication to make sure her kidneys could handle it and she goes on to explain that her levels are very high and she has kidney disease. Five months later and I put my dog to sleep because she was so sick. Had I known she had kidney disease from the get go of having the blood work done I could have done things to help her. ABSOLUTELY ridiculous that this was over looked.

The staff are friendly and it has a welcoming environment. To find out why my dog was limping I was quoted around $800 and negotiated down to a little under $400 for X-ray & meds. I felt the initial price was astronomical. Having to trim down to the bare minimum services was humiliating and, I felt, was made to seem “reasonably” priced considering. I returned a month later with my other animal who was throwing up for over two days and was given another outrageous $650 quote. Their pricing has deterred me from wanting to back to a veterinarian, which is a disservice to my animals. I am unsure how I go about finding an honest, reputable veterinarian since I have four animals?

We took our 4 month old kitten in for a second round of vaccines and had such a wonderful experience! They did a check up on him and the doctor was very kind, gentle, and allowed our kitten to explore and be comfortable, and answered all of our questions as well as making sure we were making the right decision on whether or not to get different vaccines. Everyone there was very kind and we were in and out in 30 minutes!
