Love the friendliness and helpfulness of the front desk staff. Anxious Trinity's annual wellness visit and vaccines went smoothly with the sensitivity and compassion of vet and technicians. Dr. Cristy is thorough and answers all questions. I highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

Staff was always friendly & professional and rooms always felt clean. Seems like most clients have really behaved dogs and/or the staff is really good at managing dogs who are easily stimulated because I've never had an issue; anyone who's ever taken their dog on a walk probably knows what I mean. Also I didn't do a lot of shopping around BUT I think the prices are fairly competitive and can be more budget friendly than other clinics I've surveyed. Ngl I had to have a conversation with myself and wallet sometimes because everything is expensive nowadays 😅 Personally, the practical advice and expertise I received was worth every penny and it helps that you can earn discounts here and there! Trust isn't something you can buy and I've never regretted bringing my ol' pal here. Overall, love the atmosphere and attitude of the team! Big thank you to Gustafson for taking care of my buddy!

The nurses and Dr. Garrison were so patient and kind with my dog, Juniper, when she was so scared. They even went out of their way to find distraction treats she would like when she was being super picky. The vet took time to fully answer my questions and talk about the different next steps regarding Juniper’s bump. Juniper is the third dog I have taken to Pine Creek Veterinary Hospital, and we have always received excellent and compassionate care.
