Hoy martes 8 de septiembre 2026 , traje a mi perrita Lola mini poodle a vacunar y hacerle su examen general por la doctora Tallin De la Rue , el personal de la recepción fue amable y cortés , la Doctora Tallin siempre igual de paciente, dulce y profesional, además de la Asistente Gaby es magnífica, en cada visita ella nos ha mostrado su profesionalidad, paciencia y compasión x nuestros cachorros, muchas gracias a todos y sigan así de atentos y amables! Una felicitación especial a GABY q desde hace dos años q nos atiende ha sido increíble su trabajo, comunicación y atención a cualquier duda o pregunta q tengamos q hacerle siempre está dispuesta a ayudar . Ive been bringing my dog here for at least 6 years. She had pancreatitis snd liver failure. They were able to help get her better after $6k treatment. Fast forward 6 years, same dog having coughing and acting lethargic. Bought $200 in heart med and cough medicine. My dog started getting worse and was more lethargic and black stools. Called the vet after they were supposed to call me, and Angela was very rude and did not de escalate the situation. She made the situation worse by saying the vet will not call me and that I should have gotten more labs done. She also denied it was the heart med making my dog worse amd causing the gastro bleeding leading to the black stools. She should not have interaction with any concerned pet parents and could care less that I am finding another vet. Ridiculous!!
