Village Vet is our lifeline for our senior dog Sparty. He has a complex care need with his congestive heart failure and they help us navigate medication, last minute check in or blood work and we appreciate the attention they provide us during visits. They feel like what you want out a vet office - a neighbor helping out when you need it most.

A little pricey but the doctors really care! I brought my cat here after he unexpectedly fell ill, although we were not able to immediately diagnose his sickness the doc treated his symptoms and he came home a new boy ❤️ They have a great waiting area with complimentary beverages. Brought my dog in after and still experienced great care. Looking forward to taking in my rabbits for future care!

It’s very difficult to find a vet in Colorado Springs who will treat chickens. Happily, these people do! They are so friendly and helpful - and the prices are much more affordable than many other vets around. They have been able to help me out with two of my roosters so far and I’ll definitely start using them for my dog and cats as well in the future. I’m so happy to have found such a caring practice!

Do not go here if you have ferrets. I have been going to this vet for years because they were the only vet closest to me that cared for ferrets. Dr. Pierce is not knowledgeable on ferrets and has repeatedly disappointed me time and time again. When I first got my ferrets, 6 years ago, one of them was extremely sick from the rescue so I continuously brought him to Dr. Pierce yet she kept prescribing the same medications while continuously charging us every visit for fecal and blood tests while he was not getting better. The meds never worked and she would not listen to my concerns or consider other causes for his illness. I had finally brought him to a different vet up in denver who ended up doing surgery on him and found a hole in his intestines from a severe illness ferrets are prone to. He was so weak and sick that he had passed away while recovering from the surgery. I was disheartened and my sister had left a review for Village Center detailing everything that happened and how we were disregarded every visit. Years later I decided to bring my other ferret back and was helped by a different vet who works for Village Center for her adrenal disease. Only a couple months ago I noticed my ferret had a loose tooth that was bothering her, I made an appointment regrettably with Dr. Pierce again about her dental issues. This vet glanced at her teeth and said she was grinding her teeth and prescribed my ferret more medication when I knew her tooth was loose, not from grinding, but from dental disease. A couple days ago her tooth fell out of her mouth and I was and still am devastated because I had brought this issue up months ago and was brushed off. I made an appointment the day I noticed her tooth was gone for the next day to get her seen with the other vet that I trusted more. I was told over the phone that I would be seen “tomorrow at 1” the day I made the appointment. When I brought my ferret in I was told I wasn’t scheduled until the next day which was not what I was told over the phone. I finally went to a completely different vet office because I was experiencing an emergency and they squeezed me in the same day I called, listened to my concerns, ran relevant tests on my ferret, and discovered issues that had never been brought up in any exam that was done at Village Center. After having such a positive experience at a different vet office that didn’t even specialize in ferrets I realized I should have switched over years ago and never came back to this place. I cannot stress this enough, if you own ferrets do not come here and do not see Dr. Pierce. I have for years and have been brushed off for things that were deemed insignificant but kept my baby in pain. Please do not go here if you have ferrets.

Village Center is the absolute best vet in Colorado Springs. Our cat struggles greatly when visiting the vet and Dr. Pierce and the team have been the most empathetic, caring individuals at every step of her health journey. Extremely grateful and couldn't recommend them more highly. Thank you Dr. Pierce & Village Center!!
